Matt's Biography

 I grew up in California and was dragged to Utah kicking and screaming by my wife 10 years ago. Now I am very proud to call Utah my home. My wife and I have 2 beautiful girls. We both enjoy doing real estate together and complement each other’s strengths very well. I started investing in real estate after my first child was born in 2015. I went from flipping 10-15 houses at the same time on the west side of the valley to now doing  Multi-Million dollar flips on the East side. I also enjoy regularly doing Wholesales and buying rentals on terms. I have developed many streams of income with real estate. I am a house flipper, wholesaler, money lender, real estate agent, and enjoy long-term strategies like rentals and seller financing. I have now finished over 150 transactions and have created a system that regularly turns out six-figure net profit flips. I have been through many ups and downs in my career to get to where I am today. I now enjoy sharing all the many things I have learned with others. Helping others share in the amazing benefits of what real estate has to offer is what I enjoy the most in my career now. I love the freedom real estate gives us to spend time with family and enjoy my hobbies of University of Utah football and traveling.
