It all began...
Mitch A Nelson has been a real estate investor since 2013. He has flipped over 200 single-family and multi-family properties and has a portfolio or rentals that spans the country. He is a REI Coach, and has taught over 1500 people nationwide how to change their lives and invest in real estate. He’s a 4x #1 best-selling author and enjoys investing in business start-ups. He and his wife Maeli are the stars of their YouTube-based show: “Flippin Sexy Real Estate”. They live in Layton, UT and have 2 kids: Makhi (13) and Kash (10).
